Our vision for this landmark project is to create a dynamic mixed-use commercial, hotel and retail precinct. Designed in collaboration with MJA Studio and Place Fabric, we will deliver a 32-storey build-to-rent residential tower with over 200 dwellings, alongside a 26-storey tower offering hotel and short-stay accommodation.
